As a mom, I’m balancing the demands of a full-time job in finance, caring for my baby and my dog, and managing the daily logistics of life.
I haven’t figured it all out because motherhood doesn’t come with a clear path. But I’ve found tools that help me protect my energy, shift my mindset, and move through the hard days with more clarity and calm.
Before becoming a mom, I spent over a decade pursuing endurance sports, from marathons and triathlons to mountaineering. These experiences taught me how small daily actions build resilience and momentum when things feel hard.
