Hi, I’m Olga, the founder of Vital Mom Coaching. I’m a certified life coach with a background in nutrition and fitness. I work full-time in finance while raising a toddler, so I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, caregiving, and everything in between.
Before becoming a mom, I spent over a decade training for endurance events like marathons, triathlons, and mountaineering expeditions. Those experiences taught me how to keep going when things feel hard, how to trust small daily actions, and how to build strength from the inside out. These are the same principles I now bring into motherhood and coaching.
